Improper attendance complaint

I, Col Satish Oberoi, had made a complaint regarding "Water dripping/Leakage of refrigerator and improper functioning of top door. and Service engineer (Onkar) from SUPERTECH Sales visited.. and stated that Thermostat needs replacement. He also recommended installation of Power Saver. He stated that I needed to pay. I informed him that we had service contract. He stated that he will take the money and if it was established that I really had service contract he will refund the amount by cheque. I agreed.

He partly repaired the refrigerator. Current position is:

1. Leakage to large extent repaired, but it still leaks to some extent.

2. He did not repair the top door stating that he will do so when returning the money.

3. He took Rs 1892/- and gave receipt stating service order No 951577.dated 25 Aug.

Later he stated that he will return the balance money (less cost of Power Saver) in a day or two. Now he is evading and is not answering my calls. Please take appropriate action.
