Water collection in excess within the refrigerato

I have purchased a Godrej EDGE 19 B2, Direct Cool Refrigerator from your dealer Nandilath G-Mart, Thiruvananthapuram on 24-1.Since then I have complained many times with the dealer and your servicing agent. All my complaints are related to the excess presence of water in the interior of the refrigerator. Water is collected even in the lids of the vessels placed within.

Even after attending works many times and after replacing the door as a whole, my complaints were not rectified fully.the collection of water is still heavy and the appliance is not fit for use.
