Defective Machine

I have purchased a Refrigerator having model no. GODREJ GFE 35DZ SW/330 LTR REF- ORCHID STEEL on 30-10 from Great Eastern Appliance Pvt. Ltd vide Tax Cash memo no. TG/CM/05001/10-11 which is scheduled to be delivered on 31-10. But the same was delivered on 01-11 but the demo was given on 03-11 after lodging complaint several times. Surprisingly, on opening of the cartoon it was found that the machine is bended on the left side lower part. The attending technician informed that the machine will be replaced. Accordingly, the Godrej customer care office was contacted but till today no positive action is taken.
