Whirlpool Washing Machine "Whitemagic Pro 700H"
No after sales service

I am staying in Shillong. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine "Whitemagic Pro 700H" from Guwahati in Feb. It stopped working sometime in the month of Oct. Since then I have contacted everyone, right upto the office of their VP Sales, but all I have given is assurances, apologies or just plain another number to contact. This too while my machine is in Warranty period. Also I have come to know that mine is not an isolated case but almost everyone in North - East is facing the same problem, because this self proclaimed World leader in home appliances is unable to shift its warehouse at Guwahati since last two months and has not bothered to make any alternate arrangements for its suffering customers. This is not just incompetence but also criminal breach of warranty conditions.
