Facing so many problems

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been purchased a refrigator one and half years back. It is facing so many problems. Cooling is not doing properly, Most of the things which kept in the refrigator is getting bad once kept in the refrigator too. A noise coming once the regrigator getting on. Once the power switch off the water come down in the bottom. Let me know your service centre nearby to Palakkad. I am from Kattukulam, near to Mangalamkunnu in Palakkad District, Kerala.
