Godrej Axis Refrigerator
V. V Urgent && Cooling Problem

I have Godrej Refrigerator (Model: AXIS.).

There was cooling problem in my fridge. The first, second, third, fourth complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. 18002095511) was in the date of 3rd / 4th / 6th & 7th July. Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem.

In first visit of technicians from Godrej, they said that there is a problem with compressor and I've to change the same. As I bought the fridge just 2 years back, so it will be replaced without any charge said by the technician. Only I've to bear the servicing charge and etc. of amounting Rs. 1000 - 1500, also said by the technician. On that day after taking Rs. 250 as visiting charge he said that it will take 2-3 days and will be replaced as Godrej don't have new compressor right now.

It is realy very very surprising to listen that fact of unavailability of compressor in a very very very very big company like GODREJ, which is still now sufferning me and my family.

I think it's my fault and I've done the blunder mistake on that day when I've decided to take an important product like FRIDGE from GODREJ inspite of other good companies. I think I should table up the matter to our consumer forum, so that oher people do not suffer with your horrible service.
