Non-replacement of refrigerato

I had purchased a Godrej Edge (model no. GDE 23 SS4) on 12.12.2010 and the refrigerator started giving problem after a week. I registered a complaint and the technician attending to the complaint was unable to repair it. So, I called up customer care and lodged a complaint again and asked for replacement. I was told that it would be replaced in 3 days. Whereas, even after completion of 3 days I did'nt get an appropriate response. I called customer care almost 10 times. They were not able to tell me the status of my complaint as well as whether the fridge will be delivered or not. I called up many people and every single one washed their hands off giving irrelevant excuses. What should I do? Where do I seek help?
