Cooling fan assmebly is burnt within few months of purchase. When I called the service centre, the first put a condition that they will charge Rs500 for visit in addition to the replacement cost of spares, if any. Thereafter they told that the burnt assembly is not available with them and I was having no option other than the repairing/winding of coil of the same from outside. Now the speed of cooling fan is slow and microwave is switched off after few minutes. The said spare is not available with company for replacement and hence the bought microwave is of no use.
