Door Lock Problem

I had purchase one Godrej Refrigerator Model GFE 29 in October, mere 2 months ago. The very next day of its delivery, it was found that the door lock was not functioning properly. Since then many complaints has been lodged with Godrej Service Centre at Bhubaneswar, Orissa as well as through their Toll Free Number. But no action has been taken by Godrej till date. When i asked to their Area Executive at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, only reply is being given that we are trying. If this is situation happens by Godrej for providing after-sales service, being such a reputed company. How consumer will believe in Godrej products.
