Negligency in customer service

I have purchased a dvd from godrej authorised dealer in jabalpur now i have been transfer to raipur . my dvd creating problem in power supply .as the appliance was in warranty period i have lodged complain in godrej cutomer care on 19.12.2009

and sameday i have left my dvd at authorised godrej service centre at raipur (cg). Till today no any satisfactory response i have recieved from the service centre as well as from the companies customer care. I am not enjoying for what i had paid since one and half months
