Godrej bureau door is not properly locking

I purchased a godrej bureau on 11/05. On the day of delivery, I found the door was not properly fitting on closing. I told it to the person who delivered it, then he adjusted some how on spot and went. Immediate next day i found the same problem. I went to the shop and complained. After a few days, the same person came and adjusted with news papers under the bureau (I was not at home, my wife was there), and went. But, still the problem not solved. I complained again and again on going to shop a number of times and over phone. They are saying floor level may not good, but the floor level is perfect. They not sending any people. Adjust with papers is not proper solution. As it is reputed brand, I invested Rs. 16000/- on it which is four times higher than local made product. Please help me in this regard and do the needful.
