VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have purchased a godrej washing machine MODEL-GDS 800 on 12/06 from Sales Emporium, Behala, Kolkata. My wife has registered a complain on Oct (complain no. 696515) & myself on Feb (complain no.214727) regarding a damaged selector switch, but nothing has been done till now from the godrej service center side. Whenever we call the call center (033-66330760) they forward the call to service center, they are having only one answer the item is out of stock & is on order. If this is the after sales service given by a company on this competitive market than I am sorry to say that very soon they will be loosing lot of customers.
