I have purchased one refrigerator GODREJ – GFE25BZ-230 Lit from the shop – GREAT EASTERN APPLIENCES, 2 GT ROAD UTTARAPA, HOOGHLY, PIN -712258, PH.NO :- 033-26641442, FAX NO. 26641441 (as mentioned phone no body lifting).

Payment made on 21/4 Delivered on 24/04/10 (Though written 23/04) at this address Ankita Apartment, Flat No. 304, alabibitala, Makhla, 712245 in packed condition.

Your service personnel installed on 25/04/10 and it is observed that refrigerator is old and 2nd hand in the doors hit mark is there and it is not getting cooled (in the shop complain lodged on 26/04/10) we need your help for early replacement of the unit urgently as a co. M/s Godreg is successful is quality and service and earned the faith customer. The time has come to prove as example one in my case.

I am having school going children and being very difficult to go no. of times to the shop I am not getting in shop no. over phone, mob. No. also not available please help as I am suffering a lot in this summer, your help is very much required.

Hope so you will understand the situation and realize the difficulty please help us as soon as possible for the replacement of new one with better performance.
