Hi,

I had faced an acute mental trauma due to godrej service delay. I stay in outskirts of Chennai, and my godrej refridgerator is 3 yrs old. I hold an AMC Annual maintenance for my product, which was sold by the service provider tactically. My nearest godrej service station is in chennai, but these idiots gave the compalint detaisl to Pondicherry, G.M. Services (Guiltless Mechanics), worst service provider. one has to call them daily to get solution. these people work there are not updated with the activities, though they follow the tracking system i.e. complaint nos generated to them through customer care.

Customer care will be always engaged, making us to assume that they have only one phone line.

Phone calls vil not be attended after 1300hrs.

I really feel that the after sale service are worst in Godrej refrigerator as well A/C.
