Refrigerator being serviced by poor technicians

Complaints given as long back as 21.6.10 Nos.: 688619; 690596 dt.26.6.10; 692960 dt.27.10 & 695235 dt.10.7.10. Inspite of rigorous followup with Godrej Smartcare call centers and email complaints, I am left in the lurch. The technicians atttending do not know their jobs or are unnecessarily attending the calls for their own benefit. If a refrigerator is not functioning for such a long period the inconveniences and harassment is known to all.
