Dear Sir

I want to draw your attention regarding the most irresponsible & unethical conduct done by your local dealer of 'Godrej' . I purchased the washing machine of your brand in the month of march After that it got breakdown on 20.06.2010 .Immediately it was intmated to your customer care det.vive complain no PA001 dt. 23.06.2010 & intimated to your local dealer here at Jamshedpur (0657 2347140) They came as usual in time & after examining said this thing to be changed, that thing to be rectified etc. etc. They assured us to come back soon but after that till today (more than 20 days) they have not attended the machine despite of our repeated request & phone call. This is most unfortunate & not expected from the company like Godrej & it will certainly not justified the kind of quality & after sales service provided by you.

Hence, I seek your intervension in this regard to resolve the issue & request you to instruct your local dealer to become more attentive regarding customer care to retain the goodwill of your brand.
