Non attending of complaint

I launched a complaint in Godrej on 8th of august regarding air conditioner.the complaint was attending after two days and i was told that it will be repaired within 48 hrs, my ac is in warranty period and in in spite of calling then 20 times nobody has attended this problem.now today is 24th of august and still my complaint is unattended and they person to whom is spoke abused me and misbehaved with me, so in this i want to launch a complaint..please help me in anyway.
