Replacement of Defect TV set

I had purchased a Godrej 23K4 LCD TV from Great Eastern Trading CO. Kolkata-1 on 23/11/10 . Due to bad sound problem I lodged a a complain during installation ie on 24/11/10 and the complain no given was 376350. The technician had come and verified the sound problem and told for the new replacement. But till today 30/11/10 nobody from company has contacted for the replacement. Cannot expect such bad customer service as comparable to other companies as I could not expect this type of problem. This type of problem should be immediately taken care as it effects to such big reputed company like Godrej a lot. Hope you will soon take care, thanking you. Mr Abhijit Victor Kolkata -14
