My name is Kumaran Surendranath. I bought a godrej refrigerator on 17th Sep in last 5 months service people had to visit 4 times regarding several complaints, once it was cooling problem, then iceing problem, last time my fridge was not getting on. The service people came they opened some boards and made it start again. I approached the seller, The Das Agencies, Palakkad, they told me there is no option for any kind of replacement. They can only get it repaired, so Iam wondering how long I should go on with this process, till I buy another brand and dump this godrej refrigerator?
