Air-conditioner stopped working

Hi, we purchased an ac on 12th Dec. Serial number 100324141.

As it was cold then, we never used it.

We started using it towards the end of April as it grew hot.

On 10th May, it stopped working all-together all of a sudden.

We called their customer "care" then and there, and they promised to send a tech the next day.

The next day we called again and they said they would forward a reminder the next day- this drama has been going on till now, and the AC has not budged.
