Dear sir,

it is a matter of regret that i have registered a complaint on 02-08 no. 225135 for the washing machine. But till date no action has been taken. I have also contacted several times over phone but reply was same that as and when the part will be availble the same will be repaired.

If godrej can not provide the parts of the machine in 13 days then what is use to purchase the branded items. We can go for local items. So you are requested to look into the matter the do the needful at the earliest.
