Microwave oven

I have brought microwave oven on 12/aug and from the day one its not working. i have contacted several numbers... 1800-209-5511, 04066431095, 9849983103..my complain number is... 0509606608... all of them gave me false assurance that they will come today or tommorow... but no one has come yet... when they came to know my cell no..on 04066431095 (head office)..they did not even pick my phone. when i contacted their vendor on 9849983103 (reddy refrigitaion) he straight away refused me that it will not come under his area.

in all i ve a very pathetic experience with godrej... n... i m felling cheated by the company.
