Financial losses due to late, poor, unprioffesional services of godrej

I have been told it needs replacement of gasket. On 13.09.2011 appointment was booked at 2.00 pm but after repeated calling mr Raju turned at 5.00pm, he removed the the door and the gasket, and started fitting the new one, then he told me trhe size of the new gasket is small, we have to get the new one. I was getting late for my hospital. The boy asked me to go to the service center to collect the right gasket, again it took me 40 min to go and fro. Kindly explain me what is the need of home services?

At 7.15 he could fix the gasket and assemble the fridge .but the door did not close it was not getting cool.he told work has been done, only after pointing he told he will come again tomoorow.

My 6 patient had to go back as i reacjhed my clinic at 8.00 pm clock instead of 600 clock. And i had major financial losses yesterday.
