Refrigerator work left half done

Our complaint was attended to without delay but the job was left half done. The compressor was replaced but the beading that needed to be changed remains as it was since the Engineer never returned. A part was removed because it was burnt (don't know what it is- looks like a container) but never replaced.

Multiple complaints have been lodged to no avail. Each time we are told an urgent complaint is being lodged... more like to satisfy us for the moment, without any real action taking place.

I have lost my patience but am not willing to have any outsider touch the machine. Will someone take action? Please??
