Cooling problem

Sir,

We have purchased a refrigrator 15 May from Bhiwadi. We are also living in Bhiwadi.

From last three months it is not providing cooling facility. We are also trying to contact at 0141-6513401, 9783308590, 1800225511 from last three months but the prblem does not get resolved till date. The warranty period is also being effected due to the problem.

You are requested to please direct the concerned to resolve the problem at the earliest, failing which we were bound to take corrective action.
