Hello Sir/Madam,

I complaint 21 may in the Godrej company, but companies are not hearing today, and I'm tired of making phone calls to company, they just give the same answer - "We are sending a mechanic in the evening or morning . " We was purchased the freeze for the heat but are unable to use it.

The freeze purchase date is July 13. In the guarantee period.

I am requesting you to please don't ignore my complain and take appropriate action regarding this.
