Dear Sir,

I have purchased model no-GDA 19 EMB refrigerator on 31-01.It is specified clearly in the warranty card and on the door of refrigerator that ten years warranty for body regarding rust complaints. It is also mentioned that it will be repaired or replaced with free of cost.

when I called your costomer care centre Phone No-6000203-AP.your service person is saying service charges will be charged.

In this case what am i supposed to do? shall i launch a complaint in consumer forum .please revert back .thanks and regards.
