Dear Godrej Company

I am having double door refrigerator of godrej EON Series 304 Lt. But I haven't seen the worst service in my life in just 25 months of purchase they we are having same problem with Godrej refrigerator 6th time if someone in godrej is reading this mail so please arrange to refund my money because I don't think this will be use in future. Refrigerator purchased dt 14.03.2008 my last complaint logged on January & every complaint has time of difference between next complaint is just 5to 6 months latest complaint is logged on 20/06& complaint number is 381179 TAT time is given to me Max. 24 hours but still I am waiting if I call to Custmercare 18002095511 every time I get answer we will call u back after 1 hour but every 1 to 2 hours I have take call again & again I got some new person to whom I have to explain all my story after listening My story again I will get only the same answer we will call u & give u feedback within one hour today is 23rd &from 20.06.2010 I am busy with urn service why is this kind of service we are getting. Is this Godrej company Service if like this kind service u are providing then might be I will not recommend to anyone go for Godrej products.
