During demonstration on 31/03/10 after opening the pack, the bottom door was found dent and the door lock was not working.

Demonstrator committed to change the door with 4 days. On 8/4/10 again a complaint launched in Godrej customer service (complaint no:243476).

Again after 15 days while talking customer service they told no complaint can be launched against the previous case.

Till date after 2 months no feedback, no door changed has been done in this regard.

Please take care of this case as soon as possible.
