Godrej Double Door Frost Free Penta Cool
Not cooling

Dear Sir /Madam,

Indeed I am sorry to inform you that my Godrej Double Door Refrigerator Frost Free GFP 2408 has been not cooling for the last one week. This is the third time such incidents are occurring creating so much of problems.

Just about a month back, the same problem occured & I contacted (Insta Care & Services, Godrej Franchise at Bhubaneswar) the local service centre who inspected and repaired by replacing with a couple new parts. I had to pay about Rs. 2100/-/ to them against Bills. Now again the same problem has occured. When I contacted the same service agency, they are saying some other parts might need replacement. They are not even willing to address the problem with sincerity.

Again they have inspected today and informed that the Timer has gone bad. Here I would like to state that the same Timer was replaced just Three weeks back with a cost of about Rs. 2100/-

I have been a loyal customer of Godrej for the last more then 25 yrs. But I am getting disgusted with the the support service that you provide. It seems, your service agencies does not have the attitude to serve customers. Rather they want to exploit and make money. Is this the kind of support one expects from such an esteemed company of Godrej stature?

If such hassles do continue and I need to pay again & again, it would be a better option to do away with the Refrigerator & go for a new one of a different make.

Dont you think that such incidents should be brought to the notice of Consumer forum and Citizen Charter. Globally consumer protection has been the MAIN mantra and companies are trying hard to protect the interest of their consumers. Your service set up support need to be strengthened at Bhubaneswar rather then they cheating customers off & on.

Kindly do the needful soon to restore my refrigerator as well as our confidence in you.
