Godrej Double Door Refrigerator
Refrigerator Not working again!!!

This is my second complaint that I am posting here on the forum and am hoping to get a response atleast this time.

The service offered by the technical team on the 28th of December, lasted only for one year. It looks like any service offered will last for just a year like any other standard warranty offered by Low rated brands. I am once again having a problem with my Double Door Refrigerator of Godrej. I have already spent about 70 % of the value of the Refrigerator towards repairs in the last 5 years of the purchase. I request the concerned department in Godrej to please look into the matter which is really serious and do the needful. I have lodged a complaint with Godrej customer care a few mins ago and the complaint number is 727843. They again started with a note that the visit will cost me around 350 rs. and any parts damaged or which need replacement will be charged accordingly. This note is not at all new to me, as I had been paying for every visit. But what concerns me the most is, will I have to keep paying as long as I have the Refrigerator?
