Eplacement of the refrigerato

I purchased a fridge on 24th february. There was a defect in the freezer door. it was not properly locked. The service man from the company came the next day and tried to change the door freshly. it was not fit. Again the next day he came with another door and it was also not fit. He told that he will come on the next day ie today 27th. But he has not turned up. I complained to the dealer and customer care centre so many times.

Such a default in a new product is intolerable. So I kindly request to replace my refrigerator with a new one without any defects. Hoping for the best action as soon as possible.
