PCB problem

Hi I am very much dissapointed with the service. The machine has stopped working and i have registered the complaint about the same. The person came after twpo days and after verifyng the machine, told that the PCB is not working and they dont have stock wity them. I have been calling to the service centre several times whether the part has come or not but the false promise i receibve everytime i call to the service centre. I had purchased a fully automatic washing machine on august. The machine is still in warenty period.
