Machine not working

We have purchased godrej eon GWF 700 FSCPS washing machine on 16-11. after 3 month it is showing "ERROR" sign during operation. we have complent for same many times to dealear. Service engg. from co. also chech it, But unable to find out falt. During his try to find falt, Machine' PCB failed as he reorted to us as well as in co. But from that day NO ONE is attending our complent & machine was totally deed.
