Faulty Refregerator supply - Poor Services

I had Purchased Godrej Eon refrigerator on 11th March from Bhopal - Shop Lotus Electronics Supremarket, after installation we realize that refrigerator is not cooling and we had registered complaint on 08/04 complaint No. 0804745523, company engg. had visited to my residence and fill the Gas as same was liked, while asking reason for gas lick age he said he is not aware, we were not satisfied with services and godrej customer care had closed our complaint without taking any feedback from us. After some days again we had faced same problem and we had registered complaint to godrej customer care, complaint no. is 1405753199, on 14/05 engg. had visited to our residence and replace part, this time we had received from call from customer care and we had confirm that we are not satisfied with services and product and we required replacement of product since from binging it is giving us trouble, but godrej customer care had closed my complaint without resolution.

Till Date our complaint is resolved.
