Switch On/Off button defective

I Mr. Sunil Juwatkar living at New Panvel (East) had purchased Godrej Eon Washing Machine from Kings Electronics Pvt. Ltd.-MCCH Society, Panvel on dated 03/07 vide Receipt no-3373 card no-5992 GODR VVM 650FDC worth Rs.15, 000/-

While purchasing the machine the salesman told us that demo will be shown, but after one week we had to call the Service centre for DEMO. When the Demo person came to our house we were really hurt to see that Switch On/Off button was defective. So again we have called service centre. Then 3rd time the company person changed the On/Off button vide complaint no 303061 & 307487.

But on Sunday when we took out the machine again the same problem came for switch button. We have to press it so many times but the button is not working.

"I've long been a user of your products/services and up until now have always regarded you are an excellent supplier/organization. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation."

I'd be grateful if you could send a replacement
