POOR SERVICE

I am using GODREJ EON WASHING MACHINE SINCE PAST 11/2 YEAR.I had complained for it in Godrej call center almost a week back tan a engineer comes and i ask him to check whats wrong he says mother board is faulty n it will get repaired soon next day another engineer comes with the same spare part bt finds machine motor has broke down. When i asked the first engineer to check it properly why he didnt did tat and secondly does it take almost a week to repair a motor. But still no repair work is done. I called them yesterday they said it will b done today and when i called them again today now they r saying it cant be done today too. I m tired of calling them again n again.

My complaint number is -81122

please sir kindly look into this matter.
