Godrej fridge 303 ltrs dc
Eplacement of malfunctioning fridge not done

Dear sir'

i had purchased a 303 ltrs dc fridge from godrej at kanpur on 2nd feb. From the day one this fridge started giving me trouble. I had lodged several complaints with their customer care but all in vain.

they had replaced several components of it on several occasions. lastly on 25 th march i had lodged the last complaint at their customer care by no. 833599. on 26th march their kanpur service representative mr, verma came to see the fault.

he found that the problem was with compressor, now. he told us that the fridge will be replaced with a new one shortly.

the same assurence was given to me by their mr. vipin sharma mob no. 09918201689 & mr. patnayak mob no. 09918201646.

i had talked several times after that with them but all in vain.

kindly see the matter or tell me the procedure to lodge a consumer complaint against them

i m totally in distress after purchasing the said godrej product.
