Undersigned is having an Godrej referigerator which is not working properly since past two months, accordingly lodged an complaint to an Authorised Godrej Referigerator Service Centre at Faridabad/ Delhi (complaint no.538872, CSN-416)) on approx. 15.04.2011for improper cooling, no ice formation. Technician attended, Filled the gas and was paid the charges for the same. Observed the functioning, again made the complaint for the same reason (copl.no.539319/18.04.2011) again the same technician reported and re-filled the gas second time. Still the problem could not be rectified and undersigned was forced to re-lodge the complaint once again on 04.06.2011 (cmplaint no.553263 at Delhi S Center) for the same reason as cooling is very poor, even water is not being cooled properly with no ice formation and cooling effect is diminishing every next day. No body turned up till today (as on 08.06.2011) inspite of several requests/reminders.
Kindly look into the matter get the problem rectified.
