Subject:- Poor Service

Sir,

We have purchased one Godrej GDE 19 DS4 fridge (Sr. 101040121) from local dealer Shri. Gurukrupa Electronics & Enterprises, Kolhapur on 07/11 (Bill No. 4707) considering Godrej brand name only. During the time of delivery we had notified damaged portion of packing to dealer. But dealer remarked that nothing is happened, this is normal thing.

At the time of installation from us only, we found compressor packing base is damaged. So, immediately informed to dealer for the same. The same time dealer assured us that he himself lock this complaint to local service dealer (Shrdhha Sales, kolhapur) & will get solve the problem.

After, waiting response from service center, we personally visited to service center, where we have got another assurance of quick service. After 3 days, service center person just made visit to our home to look the problem & went with additional assurance of replacing the faulty part within 10-15 days. After that waiting response from response from service center again we make visit there. That time they have provided complaint no. as 834944 dt.24/11/10.

After that we have made several visits to service center, but we are getting various reasons from them for not completing this call.

Till, the time nothing is happen from them.

Hence, we have submitted the another complaint through mail (Service Call no. 883591). For which we have received SMS on our cell no.9422048148 about your service call is completed by service center & we have not to pay anything for the same.

This is very funny thing that without taking any action on the our service call, your company is declaring such thing.

We are very unhappy about such service from reputed brand like Godrej.

For, this we need immediate & proper action from company.

Otherwise, we will free for next action.
