Defect in the device

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hearby introduce myself as K.A.Sumathi residing at Salai Street, Mylapore Chennai 600004. In this era, the most useful invention I find is fridge and hence I take atmost care in choosing the brand. As Godreg is the pioneer of this particular device, So far I have gone to your product thrice since 1992. My parents also use the same brand and very recently they have gone for your product. On my advice. I have purchased my fridge in and within 2 years I faced problems and gone for gas filling spending around 2500 .After this thrice I had to call the technecian for non-working of the product. Very recently i have spent Rs 1350 for indicator and Rs 350 once again for the failure. Why all these problems over 6 years of time? If you dont have any intention of taking back your existing fridge, (which I have already placed complaints with the customer care), and replace this with the new one, I want to go for some other brand. As I dont want to spoil the good name of godrej, which I am very fond of, I am resorting to any legal action. I hope that you will take an immediate remedial measure,
