I have purchased 220 ltr refrigrator GODREJ make single door Model- GDE2354, Sr no. 091270054 from SNEHANJALI Shop (Address- Snehanjali point Navapur Road, opp Brijwasi sweet, Boisar (west) Thane) on dated 30/1/10.
I am facing problem in the above mentioned product as follows-
1. On top corner door is not closing, so due to this efficiency is comming down and consuming more power due to cooling loss, so consuming more power.
2. Compreesor is giving abnormal sound.
3. There are lot of scretches inside the fridge.
So we have launched complaint in Godrej service centre, complaint no. is 610859, technician came after 8 days and he convinenced with above problems. They took fridge for replacement, they replaced onle side body so only third problem is solved, but for other two problems they are saying that these can not be solved, and told to run fridge as it is.
For this matter we have given written compaint to Snehanjali Boisar, I am having recipt of it. also send written complaint to M/S Godrej company, Vikroli, Docket no.- 33/A1/C-328476 on dated 14/4.
From last one monthe fridge is lying with M/S Godrej service centre.
But till date my problems has not been solved.
I am very much fed up by doing so much follow up also weasted money for doing all communication by phone.
