Machine is not working since last 6months properly

Respected Sir,

My machine is not working properly since last 6months. I had complaint for it several times. Service engeeniers come, see the machine and say that they will come nextday but they never come. Again I complain, they say that the parts are not available in market. This process is going since 6months. I had also taken AMC. My latest complaint no. is 878915 dated on 23.12.2009. Please take action against the company.
