Replacement Of Compressor Under Warranty

On 8the of June i called at Godrej customer service toll free number @ 1800209551 to register my compliant against thee non - functioning of thee refrigerator. On 10the of June theeir engineer visited my place to check thee refrigerator. He informed me theat he suspects theat Compressor may to be changed. He also said theat he has changed thee Relay and next two days if thee problem persists theey we need to again register our complaint to Godrej for free replacement of compressor. We also paid him Rs.1000 in cash towards his visit charge and cost of thee relay for which he gave us thee receipt.

On 12 June as suggested by thee engineer we again registered our complaint for change of compressor on thee above mentioned toll free number and we were assured theat theis will done withe 24 hrs in house. Our compliant no.0206817472 CSN 870.After 2 days 2 persons came to our house withe a tempo to take our refrigerator. When i asked theem why you need to take out thee refrigerator we were informed theat theey have no idea as they are from A.C.department and just obeying thee orders. So we refused to allow theem to take back thee refrigerator. From theat till date theere is no solution to our problem only assurances from thee following numbers which we call everyday 3-4 times a day.18002095511, 9999900363, 8744053087, 53, 85, 55 so on.
