Godrej/Fully Automatic Washing Machine
No repair, No Response

I have purchased a new washing machine from Devi International Agencies, On delivery itself the machine parts are not in good condition, After the complaint the Godrej company replaced the washing machine.

Now after 3 years, The Timer is not functioning and the drum rotation is not proper as well the sound of the drum rotation also changed. I asked the representative, who visited for repair, he said that the drum is gone. GET A NEW ONE.

For the repair of Timer, The MANAGER OF GODREJ itself told that '' they do not have spare parts'' and they cannot repair the machine. Even they are not worried about their customers...

HOPELESS COMPANY!!! HOPELESS PEOPLE!!!

SHAME ON GODREJ... STOP SELLING ALL GODREJ PRODUCTS
