Electronic Appliance - Refridgerator - Not Working - Boughton 19th April

Godrej Refridgerator product code GODREJREFDC19S4 (DIRECT COOL).

I bought this on19th April is not working. We could not use it as it is not working from day one.

The Shop executives have promised a Demo but did not turn up.

I have requested the shop executives for a check on the working condition but they responded rudely.

I bought this refridgerator on 19th April from SHAH ELECTRONICS & HOME APPLIANCES (P) LTD. (APGST No: ABS/01/1/2852/96-97 CST: ABS/01/1/2721/97-98 TIN: 28760169240)

I have raised a concern with Godrej, (Service Call No. 668375).

The Shops manager Mr. Narsimha (Cell No. 9348025016) has behaved rudely and challenged, he will not send a Technician even if go to Consumer court also.

Please suggest me a action plan to proceed on this.
