Complain no.:304000 Replacement of machine Required

Dear Sir/ Mam,

We bought a Fully Automatic Machine of Godrej on 14th Feb which was delivered on 15th Feb & engineer came to install it on 17th Feb. Surprisingly Machine malfunctioned on 19th Feb just a day after it was installed. When we complained on 19th Feb we were given a complaint no: 304000. To which nothing has been done till date its 22nd and when ever we call they say engineer will be there but when they themselves don’t know. We are looking forward for a replacement as it seems to be a manufacturing defect.
