Failure to rectify /change faulty machine

I purchased a godrej eon 6.5 kg fully automatic washing machine on

22 may& registered for demo same day.

company engineers incl senior ones visited thrice but could not give

demo as the machine was found faulty. they promised to

come back in two days & either replace machine or rectify defect but nothing happend.

to my surprise i got sms on 2 july that my call is closed for demo.

i again lodged fresh complaint on 02 july vide number 204140 & was

assured that my machine would be replaced or made fully functional

on 9 july again nothing happend.

i am harassed for last two months for none of my faults.
