GODREJ - MICROWAVE
Microwave not working

We have logged the complaint for my Godrej Microwave oven on 7th October on toll free helpline # of godrej and got the complaint # 945360. and after that one of the engineer came to our place in order to check the appliance and found that it's magnetron is faulty and which is actually under warranty and will be repalced free of cost. And that time we have payed him the charges of Rs 350/- as service charges which we agreed on while logging the complaint.

And after more than a month they guys turned up to us with the magnetron and after the installation of it, it again didn't worked. So, they asked us that they need to carry the appliacne to their service centre for proper assessment and repairs. and now its almost 20 days it is lying at the service centre and nobody turned up and didn't updated us at all about the status and when again on approaching them on phone the are use to give us the false statements that they will going to call us with the proper update and also now they are saying that now there is the issue with the transformer of the appliace and which is not under warranty and on chargable basis.

so, sorry to say but now how can i beleive that they aguys are right and the problem is with the transformer and they will be going to change it.

I am seriously fed up with the services provided by Godrej and being this reason i am logging this complaint over here and will expect that someting will be happen and very soon.
