Service issue

I had bought a microwave in last july. And since last three months from 11th may. Its not working properly. I had raised the complaint for same and a person came to see that the request no for same is 192416.From that working days its not working no engineer know what the fault in that I had talked to mr. Arora service manager of west delhi for the same in 15 th july. He assured me that it will be done. But after that I am trying his phone but not picking my phone. I cant understand how a company like godrej can take 3 months time to resolve a issue. Totally disappointing with the service.
